The expanded disability legislation in France aims to promote equal rights and the participation of individuals with disabilities in French society. Its application requires that companies with more than 20 employees meet certain compliance requirements. This global HR module describes the key provisions of the law and the administrative infrastructure put into place by the French government to support the law, as well as the main challenges which may be faced.
