This global HR module provides a framework to improve the effectiveness of culturally diverse relationships, specifically between a coach and the individual being coached. A leadership coach, whether HR consultant or manager, must be able to adapt to the unique needs of each coaching relationship. The coach must be able to adjust her behavior and attitude based on knowledge gained from the exposure to culturally diverse situations. This adaptability requires emotional intelligence to flex her actions to meet the needs of the other person, without losing authenticity of self. This module introduces a global coaching model applicable to any workforce leader, especially HR, who strives to be effective in the global workplace.
